At Sprayground, we want you to be fully satisfied with your limited-edition gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and certain exclusive drops may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and interior stuffings are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
